Haha I actually finished this art piece, like, more than a week ago and yet I'm only now posting this?? I kept telling myself I would get around to it (｡･･｡)

This is for the Build-a-Bucky Bingo by Bucky Barnes' Events! This fills the February prompt of [Frozen/Cryo] ! I wanted to mostly play around a little with CSP as well as some brushes I got a while ago.
