Cecil is a Wizard that believes himself to be a Mage. When he was younger he completely devoted himself to the study of magic and secluded himself away. However, he studied so long without progress that he eventually turned into a Wizard. Once he left seclusion, he and everyone else believed that he was a mage.

He is not very powerful and struggles with complicated spells. Though, he excels at 'homey' magic like: animated brooms that sweep, self washing dishes, mending, etc. Occasionally, he can cast a fireball.
